D Curry Lime at Holiday Inn
In what was a well attended and almost over booked Holiday inn Dinning hall, the first Curry Lime began at Holiday Inn Kensington, London.
A true journey into West Indian Curry and food. Dishes included many different types of traditional West Indian rice recipies, (Spanish Rice, Christmas Rice, Rice and peas etc)
Mouth watering Curried Meats of all types Chicken goat Lamb. Dumplins , and a range of caribbean confectionaries like tambrind balls, Krumar, Fudge, etc.
The afternoon lime included a steelband reception a fashion show for mature and young audiences and all of this for a mere £20.00 per person!
